OBTAINING PERSONAL CUSTOMER INFORMATION
We obtain personal customer information primarily from you (for example when you subscribe to Matrix Broadband services or fill in online survey forms on Matrix Broadband website). Such information may also be obtained from other sources (for example, from a mailing list for marketing purposes). If we are unable to obtain such information, we will not be able to provide you services consistent with Matrix Broadband Service Agreement. We also maintain personal customer information resulting from your business transactions with Matrix Broadband.

Matrix Broadband will not disclose your personal information to unaffiliated third parties for promotional and marketing purposes.

Matrix Broadband and its affiliated companies will sometimes disclose your personal information to companies or entities unaffiliated with Matrix Broadband. This might occur in the following circumstances:
